Good morning Bill and everyone!

Recently got a baguette from the local grocery store...much better than white bread! I have yet to take down all the Christmas lights. I'm waiting for a sunny day to do so.

There was a chirp in the house at 4AM, which continued at fairly odd intervals. Every time I would try to sleep, it would chirp. It's stopped now that I'm awake.

Have a great Sunday, everyone!! :D :D :D

Good morning. It's a pretty nice morning so far but it's supposed to rain later. I have to get outside and enjoy the weather before it gets wet.

Love that song, Bill. :D

Good morning BN! :)

Yesterday the temps were upper 70's, low 80's. Right now it's 18 degrees and we got 4" of snow.  Kinda okay, cause I did too much again yesterday. I'll do a few light things today. No dragging the wagon up to the dumpster.

Jerry? Are you sure it isn't a smoke detector?

That's it for now.. :P

Way too many hours in airports, but we made it home! Heeding Alaska Airlines' warnings, we got to HNL three hours early to catch a flight that ended up being more than two hours late leaving, and then at 1:30 this morning at SEA we had to wait over an hour for our stuff to appear in an otherwise empty baggage claim area. I guess all the baggage gorillas were asleep. Oh, and did you know that there are no taxis waiting for you at 3:00 am and you have to wait for the next one to show up? When we were finally home and climbing into bed, it was 4:30. I guess it coulda been worse, at the gate next to us people were waiting for their flight to Detroit. The departures board said it was supposed to leave at 7:33 am and the new ETD was 3:45 pm. Ugh!

I really like his "Live in Anguilla" version, but couldn't find a youtube version of it; these will have to do.....

Good afternoon kids!!!

Been a big ole slug today. Other than changing sheets and a load of laundry, I have pretty much sat in the couch all day. Got a very precious note and gift from Penny today. She sent me love and the motivation to do something special this summer to honor Elrod’s memory and our long term phriendship. Sure made my weekend. 💕

My daughter got some good news today as well—her post college graduation plans are starting to fall into place and she sees happy to see where adult life takes her.

My sinus infection is slowly clearing, too. Now hoping this crazy weather settles—thinking Mr and Mrs SPH and hoping they got home safely. We are under wind advisories until Tuesday. Mid 60’s today and low teens by tomorrow night.
