Good Morning. When I woke up it was cloudy, about 20 mins later we got a much-needed downpour. Now the sun is trying to come out but I'd be happy with more rain. Everything is soooooooo dry.

I spent a few hours at the pool yesterday -- there were 7 people there. My kind of attendance .

We're heading out soon for our Apple Pie Moonshine ingredients. Haven't made any moonshine since we moved in.

Nothing else going on today.

Not much on the weekend Docket, other than catching up with a little writing. I'm trying to find some nice pirate fonts! I've also been trying a bit of ice cream. Dark chocolate (encased in more chocolate) "popsicles" by the Denmark brand. They're great.

For the coming years, I'm thinking of taking a trip to Arizona. My grandmother had a plot of land somewhere south of Vegas, but I have yet to locate it. My uncle went digging. Said he used to have a map and address, but that's long gone. The hunt continues!

Much good luck on your search, Jerry!! But I'd suggest do NOT go to AZ in the Summer months. Even people who live there say the Summertime is the worst, temperature wise.

So, today I was a slug. I didn't clean, hang, or organize anything. I did a fair bit yesterday, and arms/shoulders are sore. I'll try again tomorrow. I did make myself a couple of toaster waffles for breakfast, and then some sliced cucumbers and Compari tomatoes for lunch. (Cameron would be happy that I ate something).

You are right! I realized my mistake after typing it

An update:

I've found the land! It's five plots, somewhere north of Kingman, Arizona and Antares, Arizona. They're in the middle of the desert. Empty plots, but cool nonetheless! 5.25 acres total. I've always wanted a little place in the desert.

It's also a bit off Historic Route 66...

I've been through the dessert on a plot with no name.....
