Doing a few things today, nothing much that's special. Just home stuff.
Another hot one here, and through Tuesday. A chance for rain and cooling off late next week.
Have a good Saturday!!

When I worked in midtown Manhattan people used to run across the street all the time, nobody ever waits for the light to turn green. Like a typical NYer, I crossed the street on the red light too, but only if I could make it walking. I was never in that much of a hurry that I wanted to race a car though an intersection.bodypainter wrote: August 8, 2026 9:32 am Good morning ladies. U ran across a busy street last week. It was the first time since surgery.

Congratulations to your daughter!!!!Caribbean Soul wrote: August 8, 2026 4:36 pm Speaking of swimming, just heard from our daughter a bit ago that her swim across Cayuga Lake for a Hospice Charity was successfully completed! Last year it was cut short due to weather. The wind was too high, making the water too choppy to be safe.
