Land Called Summer SUNDAY @ the MSC
Good morning BN. I put Peter's new song in the title. We all appreciate summer in our music.
If I wasn't fishing in this all day rain,I'd be home doing something stupid.

Re: Land Called Summer SUNDAY @ the MSC
Good morning Bill and BN!
I haven't heard all of the song yet. Just a snippet of it when I was driving Friday. What I heard sounded good.
Gonna do some laundry today. Just one load. Yesterday I broke out the furniture oil, and polished some of my furniture that got a few scratches in the move.
Have a great Sunday!!

Good Morning BN!
Our pontoon ride on the Intracoastal Waterway was awesome. Thankfully most of the time the sun stayed hidden behind clouds or most of us would have fried. Even so the top of Kevin's head was a little more red later last evening. There were tons of other boaters -- and I mean BOATS -- a few were absolutely beautiful. We saw quite a few osprey/nests, eagles & egrets. Plus, there are many large beautiful houses/mansions along the water.
Anywho -- we slept too late for our church first service and have now passed the time to get ready for second. So - I'll be making the food run while Kevin vacuums the floors. When I get back we'll move stuff around in the office (which means several guitars and the keyboard). Then we blow up the air mattress so grandson Eli has a place to sleep. This 5-day visit will be much different than Brandon's
but we love them all.
We also got a text this morning from TailgatingPH (Andrea) that she has her flights booked for a Sept 14-19 visit with us
. Friends from PA will be vacationing in North Myrtle Beach and we will catch up with them for a day later this month.
Enjoy your day -- keep on smiling

We have mostly blue skies and high 79° today, a good day for (another) baby shower. Last Sunday was for Bay Area friends and family, today is Upper LH Corner edition. We have both she-'keets
home at the same time for the first time since Xmas '2024, so that's good too.
The new PM song has been around for a while, it's gotten polished over time....

And thank you for the music - I didn't know it wasn't something brand new.

So, I was wrong. Not JUST one load of laundry. I forgot that I pulled out a new comforter and sheets last night to change bedding. This is one thing that it just isn't easy with only one person. ![beadygrinner [smilie=beadygrinner.gif]](./images/smilies/beadygrinner.gif)

Re: Land Called Summer SUNDAY @ the MSC
Good afternoon!
The concert last night was wonderful
Went with my dad, and he wished he had seen Jimmy the many years he stopped by at Great Woods in the past. Mac played He Went to Paris. It was beautiful...the spotlight was on him when he sang "Jimmy, some of it's magic, some of it's tragic, but I had a good life all the way" And the crowd went wild
They closed the show with Scarlet Begonias and Lovely Cruise...just perfect. There were some off-the-beaten-path songs, like Nobody from Nowhere, Growing Older but Not Up, Piece of Work, and Knees of My Heart.
I also made a few friends in the metal detector line and the security staff were having a great time as well. I bought a lukewarm Pepsi off a random guy for six dollars. Only cup he had was a rinky dink aluminum one! Everyone at the show was friendly and we all danced in the aisles of the pavillion.

Here, too. Again. But humidity is only 20% again, so I'll take it.

Re: Land Called Summer SUNDAY @ the MSC
So I made a small piece of salmon, with some crackers, for my meal today.
I've been at the desk too long, so going to go sit on the couch for a while.
I also oil polished the wood furniture in my bedroom, changed the bedding, and did one more load of laundry.
TTFN.
