Good morning BN. I love Jimmy's cover of Southern Cross. At Star Lake I left my seat to dance my way across the lawn with many women. In two years of doing that, I had only a few turn me down.

Good Morning Bill & BN’ers to come!

As you mentioned Bill, You certainly couldn’t beat the “Spirit” that a Buffett concert provided, pretty much an enjoyable bonded camaraderie that you mentioned.

Penny, without trying to get you in trouble if you share that viewing DU password could you get in trouble? I’m guessing that would have been a no-no but sure would have enjoyed seeing those games. I checked your conferences streaming tv site Friday & they wanted $16 for a 1 day viewing pass. While I was tempted, I decided to PASS. A Michigan hockey fan who was at the game was providing online updates so I just checked in on those from time to time Friday & tuned into the radio station here & there.

FYI: Mel would take NO pleasure in Michigan defeating your DU. She is associated with that Michigan school that puts State behind its name 😉
Hope everyone has an enjoyable Sunday Funday.
I have many chores to deal with today, both outside & inside.
Good Day Now!

Good morning Bill and Ken.

The Hurricanes won yesterday. The guy who had scored a goal in 5 consecutive games has now scored in 6 consecutive games.

One of the houses across the street from me is getting a new roof. On Sunday. And the roofers started working at 8:00am.

Good morning Bill, Ken, Larry, and BN! :)

I love the song too, Bill. But I do like CSNY's version just a bit better. :)

Ken? Let me check into that sharing... I don't know if it would freak out the different IP addresses for the login. ;) I wouldn't mind it AT ALL, unless it keeps me from logging in. [smilie=battingeyes.gif] The games did NOT make me happy, that's for sure. :(

Larry - that type of early construction makes me nuts.

I got up early cause I thought today was Monday, and I have a 10:00 massage. OOPS. Nope it's Sunday.

Cameron made chicken noodle soup and rolls yesterday, so I'm getting my share later today. :D

Good morning Bill, Ken, Larry, and Penny!
I am in a very good mood as the Bruins are on a winning streak! They came up from one under to beat the LA Kings 4-1 last night :D

In Other News... it is National Chocolate Cupcake Day. The best one I've ever had was a red velvet cupcake many years ago.

Good morning Jerry! :) Red Velvet cake/cupcakes are some of my favorites. :D

In case Linda can't make it here, she texted me some GREAT news regarding the idiots who used to live across the street from them, and moved to another street: :D :D :D

The entire community of 400 homes is celebrating !

Another dog story. I'm out walking and I see a guy with a big black dog and the dog is straining on the leash coming in my direction. The guy says she probably just wants to say hello because she loves everybody. I figure, I like dogs so if they want to say hello to me I'll say hello to them. I go to pet the dog and I asked the guy what kind of dog it was. It's a German shepherd. I don't think I've ever seen a black German shepherd, but it was a very friendly dog. I'm just glad she didn't jump on me because she was big and probably would have knocked me down.

I had to look up a picture of a black German shepherd - I don't think I've ever seen one, either. They ARE huge!!!

YAY! That is great news, Penny... thanks for sharing! Linda and the rest of her neighborhood must be thrilled, indeed!
Speaking of Ms Linda... I hope all is well and her "real life" is just keeping her busy. I look forward to her return!
