Does anyone have a recomendation on an encoder to convert wav. files to MP3.

I was successfully able to record a show and have just finished breaking it up into the seperate tracks. Due to space limitations I have decided to compress the show into MP3 format, but the encoder I have s***s.

I believe music match does it fairly well.
The only problem is that once you encode it to mp3 you can't get the lost data back.

I use Music Match. This program also makes it very easy to create/edit track tags.
