Atlanta- Lakewood- Here we come!!

Hey all-
Figured it's never to early to start talking about the upcoming show and party!

Who's in for Atlanta????

Me and a buddy are road-tripping it up from South Florida - arriving the morning of the show and staying in Buckhead for partying Friday night.

I've aleady told the boss I wont be there very long on Thurs and will be recovering on Friday. The planning has begun and counting down the days. What time is everyone starting the party in the parking lot? My crew is planning on getting there around 1pm. Fins up /

We should be there in the early afternoon as well. Anybody know what time the parking lot opens up?

Hey folks! I will be there around noon. First time I haven't arrived at 8:00am in about three years

but I originally thought I wouldn't make it at all so no complaints here.

I'll also be bringing my girlfriend who is new to the JB world (we just started dating about three weeks ago) so I'll be bringing her around to introduce her to the faithful.

Look forward to seeing all of you there. Anybody migrating to the Nashville show that Saturday?

Typically, cars start lining up outside the gate around 7:30 or 8:00am and the gates have openend anywhere from 8:00am to 9:00am, depending on the mood of the venue workers.

Hey Matt! We'll see you there. Can't wait to meet your new girlfriend! Brad and I haven't figured out when we're leaving yet. Probably the LATEST we would get there is 3:30 or so, but I'm trying to work things out to get there earlier.

Remember everyone, no Fribbling out!!! (I just read that thread, hilarious!)

I shall make my first trip to Lakewood this April. I'm in the lawn section. Anybody got good seats? See you all there.

RE: seats - I tried to get lawn seats on ticketmaster.com and they came back unavailable so I figured I wasn't going at all. Just for kicks I put in a search for 2 reserved and up popped 2 center stage, most of the way back. First time I ever won't be on the lawn. If it gets lame in the seats, I'll be heading back though!

There is 7 of us coming,2 are first timers

,1 of them is my 13 yr old son,he cant wait!We'll be getting there about 11 or 12,yall come on early now and we'll get the party started together

The Atlanta show is almost here but doesn't seem to be as big a discussion because of the Thursday-only show.

Anybody gonna get there before 12:00? Just 40 days to go!

nga, you know nobody in Atlanta plans anything ahead of time. We'll get details posted as we get closer...

We can't make it this year but Atlanta is one of my favorite places to see Jimmy. Between Buckhead Friday nights , The huge tailgater, and the lawn on Sat. man I'm starting to get sad. I have to go.

Well, if it makes you feel any better, It's a Thursday night show, not Saturday this year... still going to be great, though!!

That just switches the night of the concert from Saturday to Thursday - still got Buckhead on Friday night!

We should be leaving Gainesville around 8, putting us in the parking lot noonish - depending on how much we drink with the UF young-ins...
