Parrotheads in Key West

During my vacation planning to key west in Oct., I was informed that oct. 31-nov. 3 was Parrothead weekend. Does anyone know anything about this?

Be careful of sccoters though, they can be dangerous or so I've heard...I never go ANYWHERE!
