Jenaideu has the right idea. Party City is the easiest and cheapest place to find one if there is one located near you.

I vote for Oriental trading post as well. Tons tropical related items. Inflatable parrots, palms, beachballs. Tiki drink glasses, etc. etc. etc.

Party City, just about anyplace I've ever been (Houston, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Cinci, Ft. Lauderdale, SoCal) -- they also have a great supply of leis, coconut bras and go-cups.

I'll throw my endorsement behind Oreintal Trading as well. They have a TON of tropical-themed stuff, and they add new items all the time. Very reasonably priced too.
