I just got an email from TM reminding me of an upcoming Buffett event to which I've got tickets: HELLO, yes, I knew I was leaving for Vegas in a few days, but it took them THIS LONG (as I had several from them today) to break down and print the Chicago tickets I bought weeks ago? What's wrong with this picture???????
