We can't wait - taking my 'keet 16-year old daughter for her First Buffett concert EVER! I've always told my kids they had to be 16 before they could go. This is her "right of passage"!
Wonder if there's a chance Mr. Alan Jackson could show up tonight?? He is scheduled for a concert at Clear Lake this Saturday evening which is just North of the Bay Area . . . maybe, just maybe??????

I wouldnt be surprised if alan did show up because this concert is being recorded for the live cds that are coming out so he might want to get alan on there..........

I just got word that tonights show at Shoreline in Mt. View, CA is cancelled due to Jimmy's Mom being ill. We'll sure miss you out here, but hope that your Mom is ok. God bless! We'll see you next time Jimmy!
Some Parrotheads gathering near Shoreline tonite

Some of the local Bay Area Parrotheads will be gathering, in lieu of the cancelled show, at the Sports Page, 1431 Plymouth Dr. Mt. View. The Whaleshark
http://www.thewhaleshark.com was scheduled to play there after the show; I haven't heard yet whether he'll go on earlier or not.
My best wishes go out to Jimmy's mom, and to Jimmy.
