for those BNer's who have gone to shows with me they will tell you that they have never even seen me wearing a Buffett shirt. Guess I'm really not into the crazy wardrobe thing. Tshirt, shorts, flip flops and a bottle opener is all I need. I actually had someone come up to me 2 years ago and say "this looks like your first show". I replied "I've probably seen more JB shows this month than you've seen in your lifetime"

60 lbs of ice and a blender is more than a middle of the roader....LOL

If all the venues that say they don't allow tailgating suddenly started enforcing the policy, it wouldn't bother me at all.

The picture doesn't do it justice. It was MUCH cooler in person.

Damn, I don't have a picture of the 50 gallon pond I brought last year with all the 5 gallon jugs to fill it. Though hubby does have a pic of me sitting in the pond after dumping 20pds of ice in it.
Was a great idea until it started pouring
Almost had live crabs, but at the last minute, that didn't pan out, so ended up with crab cakes. We go overboard on the food, definitely.

Actually I fall somewhere in between "over the top" and " middle of the road".
I bring lots of food and drink and of course the goofy hat but I don't bring any sand or swimming pools. Truth be told, I've run the gamut. First concert I didn't even KNOW about tailgating. Last concert I brought tables, chairs, coolers, the whole works.

Hawaiian shirts and flip flops everyday!!! Usually meet at a hotel after work for the “tail gate” in someone’s room and conga line to the concert.

Umm. Well, my wedding wasn't tailgating per-se, but that's pretty over the top.
Didn't really tailgate in Vegas either, but I wore my wedding dress at the pre-party festivities, if that counts.
I wore regular-ish clothes to the Nissan tailgate last year, but the tailgate itself was most definitely over the top.
I think over-the-top-ness follows me wherever I go.

And what's a tailgate without a Monkey and a fin on your ride?

I thought you meant in the pool, with you, and the ice!

every year we try to add apiece of hardware......it started out as 3 of us with a car, a cooler and a grill. Last year we had 8 people, a tiki bar, a canopy, a patio umbrella, sand and beach chairs, a bathroom tent, a ton of food and drink and i'm sure there's alot of stuff i'm forgetting about.

we've been trying to figure out the pool for this year.
