Review : This was the icing on the cake of summer. we arrived in the lot at 2pm and the party was the best parking lot celebration that i have experienced the entertainment to be had in the parking lot was endless even thogh our summer here in NE is not. I am from Maine and this is y first buffett show since 1981 Portland OR The volcano show right after MT St Helens blew. the show was filled with high energy. The energy level of the crowd at the blast off almost lifted me from the floor. Uncle John's and Pirate Looks at Forty were my high moments of the show although I don't remember any moments that weren't highlights. Thanks for keeping the positive energy flowing.

The crowed was worked into a frenzy and the party began. Clearly one of the best set-lists from the tour, Jimmy went out in style. Hey Jimmy, thanks for heading out to Massachusetts for the Labor Day weekend shows.

Review : I have been fortunate enough to see Jimmy 13 times at 4 different venues since 1992. This was the best! We arrived in the lot at 2pm and two whole section were already up and tailgating. The three first-timers that were with us couldn't believe their eyes. The creativity of Parrotheads never ceases to amaze me. I think Jimmy meant it when he said "You guys are the show, we're just the background music!" The Club Trini set was itself worth the price of admission. As was mentioned above, Jimmy showed up and did Gravity Storm and as he was leaving the stage, I got to shake his hand. (I bought Peter Mayer's new CD, Romeo's Garage, and I would highly recommend it.) As for the concert itself, the set list was excellent as was the energy level of the band and the crowd. Say what you will about the name change from Great Woods to Tweeter Center but I thought that the sound was better than ever and that's probably no coincidence. All in all, this was the perfect way to end the summer. This event had more than enough enjoyment to last through a long cold winter. Thanks, Jimmy.

Never in his life did he think he could have this much fun in such a large crowd of people. The video he took in the parking lot is amazing. (some of you may remember him as "Mike Brady" or "Weird Al" ) I got my picture taken with a man in the Jimmy mask (i pray now that it was him). I also saw the plane after the concert. I waved and said "good bye, Jimmy, thank you so much". (to my surprise now, it was him)The concerts get better every year. Review : Saturday's show was one of the best I have seen!! The band's energy was incredilbe - much better than Thursday night - and totally blew away both of the shows that I saw in the DC area this summer! (Maybe it has something to do with that NE air!!
) The first encore was icredible it was a real treat to hear Fingers sing on Johnny B. Goode. Only one comment, we get to hear pretty much every Reefer sing except Peter Mayer who is a vocal god! That would be the only thing that could have improved this show. I missed Jimmy's stint during Club Trini - but did catch the end of the set and they were incredible as always. You have to reconize how much talent is in that band and how much they all seem to TRULY enjoy playing. Of course, who wouldn't??!!
I highly recommend catching the Peter Mayer Band if they are ever in your area!! A guaranteed good time and a group of incredible musicians. ( It think that Peter is getting scared of me I have shown up at so many of his shows this summer!) Thanks for another great summer!!! Fins WAY UP!!

Review : Hi Phriends, My sister and I have been PH's for 7plus years now. We almost can't even remember how we got started. This was our 14th show if we counted right and both agreed that it was the best ever! There was more crowd energy, band energy than ever seen before. The highlight of the entire evening was "The Head". We have seen this young man at several concerts and phlockings with a large cardboard look-alike head of Jimmy on. We call him "The Head" and have chatted with him often. Well, last Saturday at Greatwoods I had my picture taken with him in the parking lot. When we went inside to see Club Trini, Mike Utley announced that "The Head" would sing a song with them. We were not even in the crowd close to the stage, we were twenty or so people back. Before he started singing, I looked at "The Head", I took a good look. I noticed the arms were a little too hairy for the kid I knew from the parking lot. The body language wasn't the same. There was something amiss here. I grabbed my sister by the hand. I charged the crowd, actually pushing people out of my way until we were in the second row. My efforts paid off. As you all know by now, it was Bubba himself. I have to apologize to anyone that I may have knocked aside. I do not like crowds, or strangers touching me, (no offense). I just do not know what came over me. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Kris

I send my best to him. Thankyou for the fun.

We had just been talking on the way in how great it would be if he played it!!! I definitely think some of this night's show should be on the live album!!! This was my 4th time seeing him this year -MSG in Feb, Today Show in May, Meadows and Greatwoods - they just keep getting better and better!!!!! The tailgate parties keep getting better and better too!!!!!!!!!! This year we arrived at 12 noon and then stayed at a hotel for the whole weekend!! Spent the day in Boston on Sunday - I had to go back to work to get some rest!!!! Have a safe and healthy winter everyone - see you next year!!!!!!! Cheryl

Kris

Review : This was one of the best shows I've seen yet. Jimmy always has let his music age with him. I came from Colorado and sat in the second row center , as I always do, and Jimmy and I had a blast. I am truely blest to be able to share such a way of life that only Jimmy can teach. I send my best to him. Thankyou for the fun.
