Review : The show in Columbus was AWESOME one of the best I've seen in 35 concerts......it was especially exciting because I was the person who got married on the lawn!!!! We began our Lovely Cruise just before the start of the show. A special, special part of the show was when Jimmy had a little boy named Dillon come out on the stage to help him sing Fins, the little boy had been in a coma and when he woke up Fins was playing...what a precious parakeet Dillon was and what a special thing for Jimmy to share with the Columbus Parrotheads. My husband and I will honeymoon in Maryland where we will attend the Thursday show at Merriweather.

Review : Once again, Jimmy came to Columbus, Ohio and gave an enchanting performance. The bewitching set, the fellow parrotheads, and the perfect weather (which for Ohio does not always happen when Jimmy is in town...remember Buckeye Lake, 1995?!)made it a perfect evening for his Beach House on the Moon Tour. Even though the moon was not full it was in clear view for the mystical evening. One of the many great things about Jimmy's concerts is that Jimmy really personalizes the evening remisiniscing of highlights from previous concerts for that "Particular Harbor". Last nights hightlight was of the never ending VOLCANO BLOW at Buckeye Lake. I must agree with Mrs. Susan Merrick...the concert was absolutely, postively, AWESOME and very touching when Jimmy (down on his knees) shared the stage with Dillon. Jimmy, you shot for the moon and reached it...what will the new millennium hold for us parrotheads?!

Review : Since Jimmy bypassed Virginia Beach this year, my husband and I drove to Columbus for the show there...yeah, there were a few locations closer to us, but the dates conflicted with work! So we road-tripped to Columbus. Jimmy was at his best. It never ceases to amaze us that he continues to improve with age. Last night's show was full of energy, appreciation for his fans, and great music. Mac McAnally's harmonies were particularly good, especially on Oysters and Pearls. Great concert, great evening (weather-wise)...we'd do another 1200 miles in 2 days for a Buffett fix!!
