I been going to see Bubba for 20 years now and he has never failed to amaze me. Last night was no different. His energy level was as high as I've ever seen. The Coral Reefer Band just keeps getting better and better. We brought a bus down from Spikes Beach Grill in Warsaw and just had a ball. As long as he keeps playing, We'll keep coming. Thanks Jimmy, for 20 wonderful years. See Ya Thursday !

Jimmy was his usual awesome self again here Tuesday night at Deer Creek. This is one nice venue to see a show just a b**** to get out of! Jimmy started the show with the energy that we have come to love and expect from Mr. Buffett year in and year out. His use of Walter Cronkite filled the place with cheers and laughs in a plenty. His versions of Brown Eyed Girl and Southern Cross are better than their original artists recordings. He definitely needs to put Cross on a disk some day! The songs from Beach House blended nicely along with the old standards. This is the first time in 17 shows that I have ever witnessed Jimmy play Ringling Ringling, even in the early days in Texas when we kept him going. I recommend seeing Club Trina outside on the First Stage to see the Coral Reefers up close and personal! The balloon guy was in rare form and seemed as always to get the crowd pumped! It is always nice to see all of the Jimmy virgins in awe when the whole place raises their fins to the left fins to the right! As with all Jimmy shows he leaves us wanting and waiting for more but like he said" Indy, I'll see ya Thursday but if not then Next year!" I did get the feel that Mr. Buffett has come to accept the Net with his use of Radio Margaritaville. When you get to the show expect nothing short of vintage Jimmy, sit back, take in the crowd, enjoy yourself, get up and dance and NO Fighting! This is one must see concert year in and year out! The only problem is getting out of the damn parking lot!

Last night's show was fabulous! Jimmy looked great and sounded great. The Walter Cronkite thing cracked me up every time it was on. I've been waiting 5 years to hear him sing He Went to Paris live and I finally saw it. It was as good as I imagined! Can't wait until Thursday!

I personally thought the show was great.....however the Indianapolis Star only gave it 2 1/2 stars....go figure....I don't think the critic and I were at the same show.....he call -ed the Coral Reefer Band "Anemic", said Peter Mayer "sleptwalked" thru the show and that "Buffett, band fail to serve satisfaction". Well let me tell you I WAS VERY SATISFIED.......and wishing I had tickets for tomorrows show so I could be even more SATISFIED!!!!!!

Jimmy said that "Pascagoula Run" was for his cousin Baxter who wasn't feeling too well. Overall, it was a great show. Jimmy's energy level was way up!

Enjoyed the show! Missed "You Call it Joggin" and probably could have done without "Stars on the Water" and "Ringling, Ringling". Liked "Cairo". Liked the steel gituar. Another great show and as always, we wished it was longer. Can't wait til next year! (maybe add Jamaica Mistaka to the list next year)

Review : Kick Butt Show!!! Southern Cross was the Bomb! "I will play for Gumbo" is the best when it's live. I so wished the concert was longer. I attend the University of Indianapolis and about went insane when he showed the exit sign for it on the screen. I'm listening to Thursday's concert now on RM and it KICK'S ASS!!! PARROTHEADS ROCK!!!!

Review : Dear Parrot Heads, The time is here, it's summer time the weather's here and everything's looking beautiful. It's time for the most anticipated event of the summer for me and many others, The Jimmy Buffett and Coral Reefer Band Tour!! Needless to say, that I have been pumped every since I got my tickets back in the spring. Jimmy's new album is excellent, one of his best in recent years. But as the show progressed I became a little upset because I wasn't hearing the classic tunes from the early Buffett years which I enjoy more than his "trendy" songs. Let's be serious, a lot of my friends, who are die-hard parrotheads, have heard Margaritaville and Cheesburger enough times on our stereo's from the c.d. and not to mention 10+ live shows with all the trendy songs. I love Jimmy Buffett's music, songwriting, and especially his books(read them all, they're GREAT!!], but just once I'd like to see Jimmy perform a show with none of his trendy songs, all songs that only loyal parrotheads now the lyrics to and then lets see how many people enjoy his shows, I know I'd enjoy it more! Fellow Parrot Head!
