hey I can't download Far Side of the World from the Vault at cobo.org. i cant follow the download link or "save target as". someone please help me!

I was at the show Friday and I am pretty sure I heard Jimmy say " I have a new Album coming out next month"! did anyone else catch this? If so does that mean December?
