Jokelben Question

Maybe my memory isn't what it used to be, but wasn't there a folder in Jokelben for "other artists"? The reason I ask is last night after the RM replay of the Hordern Pavilion show they played the opening set by Australian artist Leah Flanagan. I recorded it and was going to upload it but I don't see an "other artists" folder anymore. Thanks

I know in the past there seemed to be an issue with non-Buffett stuff on Jokelben, but on SunLover's cuebas server, I've had no issue (after running it by SunLover) with semi-Buffett-related stuff in the \misc folder.

OR
ftp://ftp.cuebas.net/misc

I would love to get some of her music too, so please post where you put it when you sort it out. Thanks for recording it!

Speaking of Jokelben, if you have not downloaded Urlcenter's compilation of the 2010 Big tour music, you might want to check it out. It is really great and must have taken some time to put together. I've been listening to it in my car and it brings back some great moments.

I posted both Leah Flanagan shows in the "misc" folder. The links are in the original Sydney threads below. Available via HTTP and FTP.

In answer to the question about the "Other Artists" folder on jokelben, yes there was one at one time. Someone uploaded 5 or 6 shows from other trop rock artists but they were from another site. The owner of that other site was upset with the uploads and complained to bobtu the owner of jokelben. bobtu removed the shows and the folder from the server.
