A couple years back I uploaded this song from the Havana Daydreamin' Test Pressing Record that I have. I "think" that it ended up on the jokelben website.
I just got a new Numark turntable and needle/cartridge. My old needle cartridge on my other beast of a turntable actually touched some records while spinning and could be heard sometimes doing so.
I "think" this recording of the song sounds better than the one I first uploaded but then again it could be the beer
how did you make the mp3 recording from your vinyl? What kind of setup and recording device did you use on your computer?
I didn't use the computer although I know it can be done that way.
I mess around with DJing so out in the garage I have a stand alone Sony cd recorder hooked to my turntables & mixer etc.
