I love the various techniques they attempted. :lol:

OTOH, I can totally see me waking up in a hotel room someday (June?) with a big foil pan full of water wondering what the heck went on. :oops:

I can't think of the show, but it is on PBS on Saturdays. Something about Test Kitchen, where they try to recreate food we know and love. That is exactly what this reminds me of.

America's Test Kitchen. Good show, somebody should suggest this to them. They'll buy dozens of blocks of ice until they can perfect the technique.
