Im getting from the buffett.jokelben.us site.

Not sure what is going with HTTP access to the server but FTP access via an FTP client such as Filezilla is working. I sent a pm to the owner of the server to see if he can fix the HTTP access issue.

HTTP access to jokelben has been restored.

If it has, I am having trouble getting in. Will not even get me error messages anymore??

I do not have ftp, have always accessed through http and have not had problems with this in years.

Help would be appreciated, trying to work out some new tunes for 2013.

Sounds like some of the stuff I just went through. Check your .htaccess files as well as any default.php files that should be there. Your best bet is to just delete these if you find them.

EDIT: Should be "default.php files that should not be there".

I got to it successfully via HTTP from work (kinda surprised about that) and via FTP on Android FTP.

You said this is happening with Filezilla. Did you make sure your user and password info are correct? Remember that the password was recently changed. Check bobtu's signature for the password.

Happening on both. Password correct. Tried disabling virus/firewalls, still connection errors. Gonna try at the library later to see if it is my computer. I can access your site but I am in need of 2002-2006 songs

In the Filezilla settings for jokelben, try removing the port number 21 and see if that helps.

Something else you can try is to flush the DNS cache by running ipconfig /flushdns.

To do this in Windows, open a command box: Start > Run > cmd [enter]
In Win Vista/7, you may need to run "cmd" as an administrator. In this case, go to Start > Programs > Accessories, then Right Click on "Command Prompt" and run as administrator.

In the command box, type ipconfig /flushdns [enter].

More info in this Microsoft KB Documentation. This is for WinXP, but the process is the same for higher flavors of Windows.

If you are running Mac, I don't know the process to clear the DNS cache, but I'm sure the process is similar.

EDIT: Removed references to Win8. Since this OS does not have a normal Start menu, I don't know what the correct process is to get the command box.

I just tried http buffett jokelben and got in parent directory and all with iPhone.
