This is actually 9/29. In My Life is incorrectly labelled Defying Gravity and Another Saturday Night was only played at the Sat show.
I am happy to say I was at this show and love having it to add to my collection!

Can anyone list the steps on how to capture these shows? I know we have fellow BNers on here that do a great job but it's not fair for them to always do It and plus they are backed up. Would love to get this show

Several years ago, someone posted a tutorial on how to record and edit shows. I don't remember who it was, or exactly how long ago it was but I just spent about an hour searching for it and I couldn't find it.
I know SunLover, and a few other people, have much more expertise than I do and I have no idea what they use for recording and editing. I use Total Recorder for recording and Gold Wave for editing. There's a free trial version of Total Recorder, or at least there used to be, but it inserts a sound effect like a door slamming or a squeaky hinge about once per minute so that isn't any good for recording shows. I think the regular version of Total Recorder is somewhere in the $35-$40 range. It's been so long since I started using Gold Wave I don't remember if it's free or if you have to pay. This is all for audio recording only, I don't have the software, or the knowledge, to do video. Recording is simple. Editing the shows and splitting them into separate tracks is pretty easy too but it's very tedious and time consuming.

Thanks for looking, LIPH. And I'm sorry, again, for taking my nfl frustration out on you ha. I'll pop a landshark for you tonight
If given the steps, I would be very happy to help. Maybe a video jokelben is in the future since mville seems to be playing flashbacks every friday
Fins up!

I use a much different suite of tools ranging from freeware to shareware. The shows are RTMPE (Real Time Messaging Protocol Encrypted) Then from there I convert the video to a format for my editor. Also note to those, I have a backlog of 5 weeks of replays to edit.

I'm not very tech savvy. Total Recorder and Gold Wave were the first programs I tried and they were really simple to use so I stuck with them.

I posted the tutorial for recording the audio streaming from Radio Margaritaville which is a different process than capturing the video from Margaritaville TV.

A Video version of jokelben is unlikely given the size of the video files created from capturing video from Margaritaville TV. Most full shows have been in the 2-3 GB range in size when posted to Mega. Hosting videos on an FTP server would require a very large and possibly expensive server in order to have room for a large number of videos

I'm working on the audio files for this and the other Marg TV replays. Sorry for the delays...
